This is the most popular course that taught due to it being the shortest and the fact that it fulfils most of the requirements for the majority of sports coaches, personal trainers etc. It’s 4 hrs and includes Scene safety, care of unconscious casualty, recovery position, CPR adult & child, AED and choking.

Popular with the sports coaches, teachers and large offices who want or need a higher level of certification. It is 7 hrs but can be divided into 2 x 3.5 hr sessions if required and includes everything on the BLS course but has additional first aid topics which include Anaphylaxis, wounds & bleeding, shock, fainting, cuts & grazes, nosebleeds, seizures, burns & scalds, heat emergencies, bites & stings, foreign objects.

All our Nuco courses are Ofqual regulated and accredited and valid for 3 years from the time of training. The certificates are in the form of an E-certificate which is very popular as hard copies often get lost or mislaid but the certs can be kept on a phone or computer for easy access. We process the courses very quickly so people can receive their certificates in 1-3 days.
